Common questions

How much does Ollie cost?

Ollie is free to start: every account gets 5 credits, and the face-shape scan, haircut picks and dressing the AI model are free and unlimited. Pro is US$4.99 a month or US$39.99 a year for 100 credits a month. Max gives 300, 500 or 1,000 credits a month from US$9.99. One-time packs start at US$0.99 for 5 credits.

What is a credit?

One credit is one AI try-on of a haircut or outfit on your own photo, one celebrity lookalike search, one face comparison or one symmetry test. The face-shape scan, haircut picks and dressing the AI model stay free.

Do credits expire?

Credits from one-time packs never expire. Plan credits refill every month on Pro and Max, monthly or yearly; unused plan credits don't roll over, and plan credits are used before pack credits.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account page and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Your pack credits stay.

Does the AI change my face?

No. The try-on is told to keep your face, skin, expression, lighting and background exactly as they are and change only the haircut or clothes you picked. The examples on this page are real results.

Is my photo stored?

No. Your photo is sent to Google's Gemini image model only when you tick the box to make a preview. Ollie doesn't keep it, and Google is asked not to store it.

How do I pay?

Checkout is handled by Stripe: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. Prices are shown in US, Canadian or Australian dollars, pounds or euros, and include tax where it applies.
