The best PSL calculator on the planet

PSL calculator: find your real PSL rating

Most PSL tests guess from a photo. Ollie measures it. Upload a selfie and Ollie works out your PSL rating on the 0-8 scale, from a face score out of 100 built on 8 features. You see what's holding your rating back and which fixes move it most. Runs on your device; your photo is never uploaded.

Straight-on, good light, neutral face. Your photo never leaves your device: only the face measurements are sent to score them. Privacy

The face rating and face scan run in your browser and nothing from them is uploaded. Pro previews send your photo to our AI model only after you tick the box. Nothing is saved.

How it works

PSL is the 0-8 attractiveness scale used in looksmaxxing communities, where 4 is average, 5 is above average, 6 is roughly the top few percent and 7-8 is model tier. Ollie's PSL calculator measures 478 points on your face in your browser, scores 8 features out of 100 (eyes, eyebrows, nose, lips, jawline, face shape and harmony, symmetry, hair and framing), and converts the overall score to the PSL scale. Your overall score, PSL rating, potential, symmetry and face shape are free.

  1. 1

Upload a straight-on selfie. Good light, neutral face, phone at arm's length. On a phone, take one with the front camera.

  2. 2

Pick man or woman. Each is scored against the right jawline and brow standards.

  3. 3

Read your PSL rating. Your score out of 100, converted to the 0-8 PSL scale with your PSL tier (MTN, HTN, Chadlite and so on), plus your potential.

  4. 4

Ascend. Your weakest features become your glow-up plan, and you can try the haircut, brows and beard that raise them.

Common questions

What is the PSL scale?

A 0-8 scale for facial attractiveness from looksmaxxing forums. 4 is average, 5 above average, 6 roughly the top few percent, 7-8 model tier. The tiers: Sub3 (under 3), LTN (3), MTN (4), HTN (5), Chadlite (6), Chad (7) and Adam (8) for men; LTB, MTB, HTB, Stacylite, Stacy and Eve for women. Most people are a 3 to 5.

What's a good PSL rating?

Anything from 4.5 up is above average. 6 and up is rare. A typical face scores 55 to 70 out of 100, which is about PSL 3.5 to 5.

How is my PSL rating calculated?

Ollie scores 8 features out of 100 against classic proportions (facial thirds, rule of fifths, canthal tilt, lip ratio, jaw width) and symmetry against 3,898 real faces, then converts the weighted overall score to the 0-8 scale.

Is the PSL calculator free?

Yes: the PSL rating, overall score, potential, symmetry and face shape are free with no account. The full 8-feature breakdown and glow-up plan come with Ollie Pro or 1 credit (new accounts get 3 free).

Can I raise my PSL?

Yes, within limits. Hair, brows, beard, skin, body fat and posture can add several points out of 100, which is about half a PSL point or more. The glow-up plan only suggests low-risk changes, no surgery or bone smashing.

Why is this the most accurate PSL calculator?

Most PSL tests are a single AI guess that changes every time you upload. Ollie measures 478 points on your face, scores 8 features against fixed, published proportions, ranks your symmetry against 3,898 real faces, and checks your head angle first so a tilted photo can't skew it. Same photo, same PSL, every time, and you see exactly which features set the number.

Is my photo stored?

No. The face is measured in your browser and only the 478 points are sent to work out your scores. The photo never leaves your device.
